1.地理位置非常好，距離轉運站步行只需約3分鐘、火車站約6分鐘，適合無交通工具、需搭乘大眾交通的觀光客，附近有統冠超市，而且旁邊就是派出所、讓人在夜晚回飯店也感覺很安心；2.服務人員親切，有問詳答；3.洗澡熱水一開就有、水勁夠強. 小缺點部分，1.隔音不太好，隔壁房大笑尖叫時都聽得到，感受上不好，但隔壁房只有約半小時這樣，後來就變安靜了；2.自助早餐比較簡單，但是吃得飽；3.床有點太軟，同睡人翻身或移動都感覺的到，但很快就睡著了，影響不大
