The staff were the highlight—everyone was very attentive. On arrival, my mother’s birthday was celebrated with a cake and a singing “Happy Birthday.” The rooms were well equipped with a fridge, electric kettle, and they provided tea and coffee. My room lacked a TV and Wi‑Fi because of technical issues. A bit of upkeep is needed in the room facilities and overall infrastructure.

The setting is perfect, right in the middle of the jungle, and the staff are very attentive.

The hotel is a unique lodge in the jungle’s heart, with a quiet vibe and nature all around. The location is great and very close to waterfalls, making it easy to visit and enjoy the area. Breakfast is good and varied, and the pool is a nice treat during the cooler hours. The air conditioner didn’t work very well.

The location, the staff’s friendliness, the room comfort, the varied breakfast, and the great dinner were all great. Everything was fine.
