The rooms are spacious, very clean, and the beach is beautiful. The food is a disaster, and breakfast is also bad; there is no real coffee, only vending machine coffee. I am in Italy, what is this? A hotel of this class should not have such issues. Food must be adequate, and breakfast too.

The stay at MClub Alicudi was perfect. The reception greeted us politely and the staff were always helpful and courteous. The room was spacious with good lighting and air conditioning, had everything needed, the beds were very comfortable, and everything was clean; daily housekeeping was present and the ladies were very kind and available. Lunch and dinner were truly delicious at the buffet, with daily variations of first courses, second courses, side dishes, starters, fruit, and desserts, plus a variety of drinks and unlimited wine; the food was always well stocked and varied each day. Breakfast also featured a full buffet of sweet and savory items for all tastes, and there were various mugs for coffee, hot chocolate, juice, etc. The bar had excellent cocktails, friendly bartenders with good humor. The outdoor pool was large and clean with plenty of lounge chairs, and the lifeguard was always present and helpful. There were many organized activities, and the staff were very good at running them and engaging people. An indoor pool was also available, large with lounge chairs, and the sea was nearby. A gym with various equipment for a good workout was present. The surrounding area is very large and great for walking; I recommend it to everyone for an excellent holiday.

The food and location of the resort were great, and the staff were friendly and always available. The entertainment was good, present but never intrusive. The girls who worked the water gym were very fast. The pool service was lacking: everyone was in the water without headphones, few took showers before getting into the pool, and I never saw a cleaning of the pool floor before opening. The lifeguard did what he could, but some people kept diving in spite of the explicit ban.
