The location was fine for work, but the breakfast was a huge let‑down, a cold, pre‑packaged spread from the night before.

The continental breakfast was included but ran out for other guests; weekday breakfasts were delivered to the room and were subpar. On the last day there was no milk for tea in the room and the building was closed for any purchase. The toilet seat was wobbly and needed repair.
