I liked the spot, the staff were friendly, and the mattress was comfy, but the bathroom felt really old and could use a makeover.

“O PIOR HOTEL DA TUA VIDA”

Beware—this is the worst hotel you could ever encounter! The owners are terrible, manipulative thieves hiding behind absurd internal policies; it’s completely outrageous and dishonest. Showing up two minutes late at checkout got us hit with a 20‑sol charge, and storing luggage cost 10 sol per bag per day, payable in advance. When we tried to collect our bags a day early, they made us wait half an hour and we almost had to call the police to get back the 20 sol for that day. The owner offered ridiculous excuses, first saying there was only an hour left before the next day's charge, then claiming a commission was due, trying to turn three nights into four days. Absolutely absurd, sad and deplorable—a total lack of respect. I had to raise my voice and threaten police involvement. The staff are nice but clearly terrified of the owners, never acting without their permission. The atmosphere was dreadful and heavy. Breakfast was meager; asking for a little more coffee got no response, and the staff, embarrassed by the owners' absurd orders, apologized but wouldn’t give an extra slice of bread. I’ve never seen anything like this. If you don’t request hot water they won’t tell you to press the button outside the room, and you only get a quick lukewarm shower before it stops. I’ve stayed in countless hotels across Peru and worldwide, and nothing compares. Absolutely horrible—avoid this place. It’s an attack on tourism and basic human decency, full of extortion and tyrannical staff. Find somewhere else!

“No recomendable”

The only good thing about this place was the pool. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The rooms were dirty, the staff were unfriendly, and the whole place was just a mess. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The hotel's central location was a major plus, but that's where the good news ends. My room had no window, and breakfast was not included in the price. To make matters worse, the hot water was advertised, but it was nowhere to be found. It was a pretty disappointing stay.
