“No cojas este hotel”

They lied to us, telling us Booking had sent a reservation for one room with four beds, when they themselves had confirmed two rooms with four beds days earlier. We were put in a two‑bed room for four people, no one greeted us and the phone wasn’t answered. The older lady there said she knew nothing, and they refused to give us the complaint form. The room door had a license from the Xunta for two beds, and the prices were listed in pesetas. A complete scam.

Very bad experience. We booked and paid for two rooms, but only received one, cramming four people into it. The host blamed “early check‑in” and “late check‑out” fees that didn’t match what happened: we arrived at 12:00 and left at 14:00, within the booking window. After complaining, the place refused to refund the missing room. We felt totally cheated and scammed by the host’s handling. We also found a recent review from another guest who had a similar issue with two rooms. We would not return or recommend this place.

I paid 44€ for a single night and felt the value was terrible. The furniture was broken, the mattress was longer than the bed so when I tried to sit at the foot of the bed I slipped onto the floor, risking injury. Towels were completely worn with big holes. Someone apparently boiled something other than water in the kettle and left it burning, but the staff didn't notice. The place was extremely loud and noisy, especially with a bar below, and the noise level was shocking.

The virtual check‑in let me arrive whenever I wanted, which was convenient. The location was good and parking was easy, both paid and free. The place felt a bit run‑down, but given the price it was acceptable. It was noisy all the time and the hotel staff were hard to reach because everything was virtual.

The building was clean, the room simple but tidy and spotless, and the location was perfect, close to the city centre and bus and taxi stops.
