We stayed just one night passing through Rome; the location a few meters from Termini is ideal. Comfortable beds, good shower, very clean, and with coffee and tea in the room. It has air conditioning and is very quiet. Access was difficult. It's poorly signposted and if the receptionist isn't waiting, it's hard to enter. The surroundings are like all the hotels around the stations; you have to walk carefully.

Check in da fare a 150 metri dalla struttura. Ambiente esterno pericoloso. Portone sporco. Camera piccolissima. Bagno indecente, rubinetto che spruzzava acqua dappertutto, biancheria da bagno con un odore…. In generale molto molto deludente

A convenient spot if you’re catching a train from Roma Termini to the airport the next day, and the elevator is a nice touch, though the room felt a bit tight.
