The location was good, but getting parking information only on site was not great, so we found a cheaper spot nearby ourselves; the corner shower was also subpar, and the room had a strong paint smell, probably because the upper windows were open and we couldn't close them at night due to their height.

The staff were friendly and we could store our luggage, but the picture didn't match the photo; we had a deluxe bedroom that was very large, yet the floor was carpeted and very dirty, the windows were broken, and the street noise kept us up all night.

Everything was fine, the rooms were large and spacious, but there was a queue at the reception.

It was close to transport stations, shops and restaurants, about a 40‑minute walk to the Brandenburg Gate, had daily cleaning service, and the staff were very helpful and polite, but the rooms looked nothing like the pictures; we paid for a Double Deluxe and received a major downgrade, and the old building would benefit from some renovation.
