The staff were friendly and the location is beautiful. However, the room gets cleaned only every three days, which was fine for me, though daily trash removal would be better.

The food was very tasty, the staff were kind, the wellness area was excellent, the fridge worked well, and the TV had good resolution and sound. The only downside was the lack of Slovak beer, and rooms didn’t come with a kettle by default (we knew this beforehand, so it didn’t bother us, but it would be nice in the future).

There was a bad smell from the bathroom drains on the evening of 8.9.2026, the satellite TV went out, and the wellness facilities were non‑functional.

The staff were friendly, but the breakfast was inadequate for a mid‑range hotel, offering almost no variety and feeling like a two‑star establishment; over our four‑day stay the room was never cleaned.
