The property is clean, the staff attentive, and the onsite restaurant is very affordable. However, the Wi‑Fi is essential for travelers and we wished for a better connection—or at least one. I expect Starlink or something comparable to be provided.

“Great stay at a Hotel with traditional feel and decor”

This isn’t a typical hotel; it’s filled with traditional décor in rooms and throughout the property, ideal for those who enjoy a classic feel. I booked a family room for four (two adults, two kids aged 12 and 10) and ended up with two separate units at the same price: an apartment suite with a kitchenette and a twin‑bed room for the kids. The apartment suite was very nice. I’d suggest requesting a room in the newer, four‑story section—my brother stayed in the older wing, and ours was noticeably better. The staff were friendly, and the hotel restaurant’s breakfast was good. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The Wi‑Fi was hit‑or‑miss at times, but a strong connection was eventually found.

“If I ever visit Kumasi again, I will stay at this hotel”

The staff were always helpful and eager to assist. The restaurant food was okay, but more variety for international guests would be nice, and dishes could be cooked with less salt or at least offer a lower‑salt option. The room had a TV and fridge. It’s close to the main road, so we could catch a tro‑tro and chat with locals, which was a great experience.
