The employee kept telling me that it’s a hassle if I don’t have a reservation and that booking is a problem, then made me wait over half an hour, grabbed my phone to check the reservation number and acted completely inconsiderate.

Overall, my stay was good, but there were some limitations. The staff was amazing, which made my experience pleasant. However, I found that the hotel's policy for long-term stays could be improved, which affected my overall satisfaction.

I was thoroughly impressed with the spacious bathroom, which made my stay truly relaxing. However, I wish I had done more research beforehand, as it wasn't the typical business hotel I was expecting.

The hotel offered a wide range of welcome drinks, water, and food options available 24/7, along with a generous selection of bath products and comfortable pillows. Unfortunately, the beer in the welcome drink was empty, and I had to wait for check-in as my room wasn't ready despite my reservation.
