The location is great! The food (menu with selected wines) was very tasty and the staff were friendly. The chef even stopped by to chat after our meal. Reception was also very kind. Our suite was very comfortable. I expected more from the wellness area. When we arrived, nobody was at reception. Used towels were scattered on beds and chairs everywhere. There were almost no beds available. Yet there were hardly any people around. Empty aperitif glasses were everywhere. It looked sloppy and definitely not “zen.” The steam room didn’t work. After 5 minutes in the sauna and 5 minutes in the pool, we left. Another disappointment was the sparse breakfast buffet; the selection was limited. We ordered coffee and had to wait a long time, and it was cold. A pity for such a beautiful castle.

The location is beautiful. The décor is lovely, the nature spa is great. The on‑site restaurant and minibar are included. The bathtub is unique. The room was small with two twin beds, so value for money was a bit low. Breakfast was very disappointing given the restaurant that operates there.

The location is stunning, upkeep and cleanliness are excellent, food is amazing, staff are friendly, and the spa facilities are great. The room we got lacked natural light. There were several moths and flies in the room.

A lovely place to escape for a couple of days. Food was excellent and the staff were all very helpful. The menu is limited, which some might find challenging.
