“Avoid this place!”

The property smelled clean and nice, but communication with the owner was terrible—no one told us how to check in, we waited half an hour outside, the phone didn’t answer, we never received the included breakfast, Wi‑Fi was weak, the sink drain was clogged, there were cameras everywhere, no privacy, parking was only on the street even though the ad said there was a parking lot, payment was handled by an unsafe external portal instead of the booking site, the owner didn’t speak English, the kitchen lacked cutlery and basic tableware, the tables were tiny, the plastic chairs were uncomfortable, the balcony faced the city with no views, rooms weren’t numbered so we had to guess, and it was easy to accidentally disturb someone’s rest.

The rooms feel very modern and hygienic, though I had to get used to the location, which is close to Pompeii.
