It was a lovely place. All the staff who served us during our stay were great and kind. Breakfast was wonderful and very filling. We liked everything!

The facilities are very nice. The hotel offers several services, such as a game room and rain boots. The coffee machine broke and flooded the cabinet.

The location, scenery, view, and attentive staff were all great. Rooms had good temperature and were spacious. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable. The bathroom cleaning was a bit sloppy—there were hair.

The hotel is very well located, surrounded by nature yet close to the city center. The room was very comfortable and the staff very friendly. Breakfast was good, though the variety could use a bit more. Unfortunately, we stayed while the spa was fully under renovation, so it was unusable. The gym had a serious leak. What really bothered me was that on the last day of our stay major work was being done—changing the carpet for a floating floor or something—which was very unpleasant in terms of noise and allergens. This work was clearly scheduled and should have been announced beforehand or at least a discount offered for the inconvenience.
