The balcony was great, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and they spoke English; the safe worked well, and breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The rooms with balconies, which I needed, are on the main street, so traffic can be very loud at night, and the stressed street dogs are also quite expressive; earplugs help best or choose a room without a balcony.
