“Horrível”
I must say that my stay at this hotel was a mixed bag, with some aspects standing out in a negative light. Unfortunately, the initial interaction with the staff set the tone for the rest of my visit, which unfortunately fell short of my expectations in many areas. The hotel's overall quality and service were not up to par, and I felt that some basic amenities were lacking. However, I did appreciate the hotel's location, which was convenient for exploring the surrounding area.
