The hotel is lovely and the location is ideal, just a short walk to Cheddar Gorge, the caves, and Jacobs Ladder.

The room was great, the bed comfortable, the food excellent, and breakfast was superb. The twin beds were zipped together but left a gap in between, so you have to lie on either side of it.

We stayed at The Bath Arms Hotel and it was an outstanding experience; the pub felt cozy and welcoming, the room was large, impeccably clean, and very comfortable, the owners were wonderfully friendly and attentive from the moment we arrived, the steak & ale pie at dinner was especially tasty, breakfasts were lovely and set us up for the day, overall we enjoyed every part of the stay and would definitely return next time we’re in Cheddar. Nothing to complain about – everything was fabulous!

Lovely location, it is on a busy road but it did not disturb our sleep. The bar and dining room are a good size. The furniture was a bit tired in the room, lots of stains on the hall and room carpet. The breakfast selection was a little limited
