“The stay was okay but there needs to be a few upgrades for the cost per night.”
The breakfast was great and the location was convenient. The rooms needed better cleaning, the beds were horrible, and new mattresses and pillows were required; I felt as though I was sinking to the floor.
“Won't stay again.”
The pool was nice, and breakfast the next morning was also good. The bed was absolutely horrible, sinking toward the middle and generally uncomfortable. We were up late, so we slept in; check‑out was at 11 am, just after 9 am. The cleaning crew knocked on the door and we told them we wouldn’t be leaving until between 10:30‑11 am. They knocked two more times before 10 am, then one woman pestered my wife 2‑3 more times as she moved between the room and our car. I mentioned this to the checkout lady, who made excuses and never apologized until my wife got a bit upset.
“Ok location”
The place is spot‑on for getting to family reunion events, though everything else was just okay.

Breakfast was excellent. The bed sheets were worn but clean and tidy; new ones might be preferable. There is no elevator to the second floor and no luggage carriers or trolleys, which is inconvenient for elderly guests. Fortunately, a king‑size handicap room on the first floor was available, and the front‑desk lady was very helpful in finding the room and arranging the change, for which we were very grateful.

The hotel is away from the busy roads. It needs updates.
