1.pick up facility from the hotel is good 2. interior of the reception is nice. 3. Manager behaviour nice, he listen all the problem and promise to share with higher authority. 1. Room quality is bad not worthy for money. A balcony very small and full of news paper. 2. Plenty of charging port among them to port is working one for coffee maker and another for mosquito replener. Rest of them are useless. 3. Complementary breakfast are very bad . Omelette partha all are burnt not eatable . 4. Have WiFi but not at all mentioned in the reception. 5. Huge difference in fare if you book directly and if booking .com. need to take care of it. 6 . As per check our time 12 am but as per hotel it’s 11 am. Need to fix that one

I really liked the food, and both room service and housekeeping were excellent; the staff attitude was positive. The location was very convenient for traveling around, and the conveyance was great. Overall, it was a very good stay. The only downside was the lack of a swimming pool in such a large hotel, a breakfast buffet that could be more elaborate, and an AC unit that could run a bit more efficiently. They should make the minibar complimentary, as we didn’t request it but they kept those items anyway. It’s a bit pricey and could be cheaper, but overall it was worth staying.

The staff were friendly, the food tasty, the location convenient, and the hotel itself was solid, but I was disappointed that female guests weren’t allowed in the room, which felt quite restrictive.
