The hotel staff were very attentive. The cleaning was poor and the food was repetitive and mediocre. The room cleaning service was lacking.

Air conditioning, a terrace in the room, and a Neverita. The bed was mediocre and uncomfortable, and you could tell the room was a bit cramped. The breakfast buffet was awful. Two stars short; there are hostels that go way beyond this.
