We had an amazing time at this place - the location, peaceful atmosphere, fireplace, staff, and food all came together to make every moment wonderful. The spotty internet was actually a blessing in disguise, as it forced us to spend quality time together as a family, which was the whole point of our trip. The walks around were beautiful, and coming back to a warm, fresh meal was pure bliss.

We loved the location and food here, but had some mixed experiences with our room. The rooms were huge and had a fireplace for heating, but it was a bit of a double-edged sword - it made the room really hot at night, but freezing cold in the mornings. And to make matters worse, the bathroom flush wasn't working, so we had to get creative with a bucket of water to, ahem, take care of business.
