When we arrived, the room was clean and tidy, and it felt wonderfully cool. Breakfast offered a wide selection of hot dishes, and the staff were eager to make our stay pleasant. Parking was free in the underground garage beneath the hotel, and KLCC was at an acceptable distance and less busy. The downside was that the pool closed at 8 pm, and the restaurant’s two chefs also handled room‑service orders, so it sometimes took a bit longer to receive our food.

The property was clean and the staff were pleasant; breakfast was very decent and the evening meals were also good. The room was adequate. However, it was unclear what the hotel was doing in such a quiet area, and the ongoing construction nearby made it quite noisy.

Maintenance work was happening all around the hotel, the staff were neither friendly nor kind, and the breakfast was subpar.

“So we shorten our stay from 9 to 2 nights.”

The location was fine. Dinner was included, but the menu offered cheaper, generic options that were unacceptable. Check‑in was on the sixth floor with no one to greet or assist, and extra charges were added for a lake view that actually showed a construction site.

A nice place to stay after surgery; the food, staff, and environment were all excellent. No negatives.
