Quiet, private, and the view was nice. The pillows were too soft, and the underfloor heating never worked even after staff tried to fix it. The two‑bedroom suite for five adults was far too small, with only two chairs inside and two on the outside deck. The bedrooms had no side tables, and the bathrooms were cramped with no space for toiletries or shelves for clothing.

The place is very cute, tucked in a small forest. From the promontory you can see all of Rovaniemi, and on the short walk (5 minutes) you even see squirrels. The staff were very kind and helpful, but unfortunately the room has no windows that can be opened and the temperature can’t be adjusted from the room; you must send a message or call reception to change the heat, and you’ll have to wait about an hour before the requested temperature is achieved. Very uncomfortable and not suitable for a five‑star hotel, and the price‑quality ratio is off.

The rooms with panoramic front windows and lovely décor, comfortable beds, and the restaurant were great. You have to ask reception to set the room temperature, and the heating/air‑conditioning takes hours to respond; you can’t open a window to cool a room heated by the sun all day, and the bathroom is cold and impossible to heat. In 2026, even if everything is supposedly optimized, it’s unacceptable to suffer this kind of inconvenience in a hotel of this category! A manual thermostat in a room is the simplest and most functional solution.

The cabin boasts a beautiful glass wall overlooking the forest, and atop the hill there's a panoramic tower offering a spectacular high‑altitude view.

The setting is gorgeous but a distance from the city center; it works well if you’re looking for a resort vibe and need to travel elsewhere. In summer, the spa shuts down and the restaurant only opens in the morning and evening, leaving no lunch option.
