Reception delivered great service, the location and breakfast were excellent, the room was very good, and Yilmaz was very, very friendly.

The entire experience was flawless; from the moment we arrived, every department—valet, reception, restaurant, and guest relations—treated us with kindness. Ilkay in guest relations had arranged everything for our stay, especially since we were traveling with a small baby. The room was spacious and offered an amazing view of the Bosphorus.

The breakfasts were superb, the staff were good—especially at reception—where Yilmaz was very welcoming; I often stay here.
