The location was great, the staff were helpful, and room 18 had very comfortable beds with clean sheets and daily sponge changes, plus the room was quiet. However, the carpet on the stairs was old, dirty, and unclean, and the rooms could feel more welcoming with a few more hangers, better closing doors, and extra tidiness.
