The overall experience was great, the location was handy with lots of food and department stores nearby, the staff were friendly and polite, even holding umbrellas for us in the rain, and the facilities were complete; I’ll definitely choose this place again.

I had a bit of a chaotic arrival, showing up late in the evening only to find out my booking had been cancelled without notice. Luckily, they had a room available and I even got upgraded, which was a nice surprise. The hotel itself is clean and conveniently located near the station, with a good breakfast spread. It all worked out in the end, but a heads up on the cancellation would've been nice.

The automatic flushing toilet was a nice touch - it's not something you always find, but it makes a big difference.
