The rooms were really nice and spacious, and having a separate toilet from the shower and sink was a huge plus for me. Breakfast offered a wide selection, and we loved the pool and the surrounding area. Traveling with a 6‑month‑old, the staff was very kind and helpful. Nothing was off; everything was just perfect!

“Wohlfühhotel HaHaHa”
Nothing! This isn’t a hotel—it has no staff, the self‑check‑in is catastrophic, and if you try to call or use the internet you get no response. The window in the room is broken and instead of fixing it, they left a paper note that says “CASSE.” My advisor says you can’t pay the staff because the “Wohlfühlhotel” is closed; one word: SHAMEFUL! Everything is a K A T A S T R O P H E!!!

The apartment’s location and size were good, and it was clean. The main issue that forced us to leave early was the poor insulation above the unit, plus the residents (staff) were extremely loud—moving furniture, slamming doors, and repeatedly vacuuming until late at night—making sleep impossible. We assumed a renovation was happening, but that was denied after we complained. Breakfast was okay, though the broken cereal bowls, cheapest pastries, and cheap napkins were annoying little details; improving the breakfast ambiance would help.
