The room was lovely, featuring a kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, TV, and ensuite; the bed itself was comfortable. A shared area with a basic kitchen—kettle and microwave—was also available. The B&B is on the first floor and there’s no lift. A voucher gives you breakfast at a coffee shop a short walk away. The area feels more urban, so there are only a few dining options, though a supermarket is nearby.

Breakfast was quite generous, with a card for a nearby café where you could get coffee or tea plus a cookie; the contact was very good, and the kitchen was fairly well equipped. In one of the two rooms we rented, the sewage smell was very noticeable.

The experience was optimal, the location was great, the place was clean and welcoming, and communication with the management was excellent.

The accommodation was close to the station and the room was pleasant. I didn’t use the TV, so I can’t say if it worked, but the air‑conditioning was good and that’s a big plus. The balcony with a mosquito net was also a plus. The room was nicely furnished with a wardrobe, desk, fridge, and a capsule coffee machine. I only got water and coffee capsules on the table in front of the room, which was fine. I asked for the room to be cleaned, and they said towels are changed every three days. Despite leaving a note on the door, the room was never cleaned. I wrote to the owner, who said towels are swapped halfway through the stay or every three days, but there was no mention of daily cleaning. The description on the site clearly states: “Daily cleaning: the room and the toilet are cleaned daily at 10:30.” That didn’t happen. The service was incomplete, and I demanded compensation after two WhatsApp requests. Finally, once before our departure, the bed was made and the room was cleaned. That was the only time in four nights that the room was cleaned and the bed made. The description also says toiletries (soap and shampoo/gel) are supplied in the bathroom, but since the staff didn’t come in daily, they weren’t provided. On the day before departure, when the room was finally cleaned, only one set of toiletries was delivered for the last day. I believe that if something is advertised and paid for, it should be delivered, and it wasn’t. I won’t nag about every little thing, but next time I’ll choose a different option. I didn’t like that. One hook was torn from the wall. Also, instead of the 20€ tax mentioned, 22€ was charged, which is annoying.

The room was spacious with a functional bathroom, and every detail had been carefully considered. It’s close to the historic center and situated in a commercial area, and the host was very helpful and responsive.
