The surroundings were beautiful, the staff friendly, attentive and entertaining, the rooms comfortable, pleasant and clean, the dinners excellent, and the summer tourist card was included in the price.

We were very satisfied! The staff were nice and the rooms clean. We even had a tiny kitchenette in the room with a stove, fridge and coffee machine, though I’m not sure if that’s standard or if we were lucky. Parking was right in front of the hotel. The village Hinterglemm is easily reachable on foot, as are the mountain lifts. The Joker Card is included and worth its weight in gold. We had nothing to complain about.
