My room was clean. I booked a double suite but they gave me a king suite for three adults and two kids—ask me where my kids slept.

The rooms are clean, comfortable, with nice lighting and a great area. I really think you should invest in smart TVs; there were very few channels and sports on most of them.

Nothing just the location is good close to shops. Extremely disappointed with my recent stay at your property. While the room size was suitable for my family, the overall experience was unacceptable due to the following issues: - Cleanliness: The room was very dirty and had a strong, unpleasant odor. - Lack of Service: Basic requests, such as room service, were entirely ignored throughout our stay. - Disturbance: Despite the lack of service during our stay, staff began knocking on our door repeatedly from 9:00 AM on the day of checkout. Given these poor conditions and lack of basic hospitality, I will not be returning to your property, nor can I recommend it to others. I expect better standards and would appreciate your prompt attention to these matters

I was utterly disappointed with my recent visit. The room, though large enough for my family, was filthy and carried a strong, unpleasant smell. Basic requests like room service were ignored the whole time. To top it off, staff started knocking on our door repeatedly from 9:00 AM on checkout day. I won’t return or recommend this place, and I expect the management to address these issues promptly.
