The pool was nice, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel, though clearly aging, was located on the edge of Mersing (7 min taxi to the jetty) and offered tropical standards. Unfortunately there was no restaurant, and the balcony door on room 209 didn’t close properly.

The pool was beautiful and spacious, but the hotel was old and poorly maintained, and there was no restaurant.

The accommodation was quite adequate even though the décor was dated; the staff were welcoming and the hotel was well equipped with a clean pool, a functional kitchenette in the room for a short stay, a ironing table, a ping‑pong table, and a vending machine for drinks and food—great value for money. I only stayed one night, and the carpet might have a slight odor, otherwise nothing.
