“Ужасно”

The apartment is close to the metro and only 30 minutes from the center, but it is the worst apartment I’ve ever rented: the owner lives there and smokes heavily, filling everything with cigarette odor; the furniture, bedding, and all surfaces are soaked in smoke, making it impossible to sleep; it’s filthy—my first action upon arrival was to buy cleaning supplies, sponges, and soap. The owner is friendly, but the apartment is terrible, with dirt everywhere and a fridge that’s best avoided.

I didn’t expect to stay with a private host, and the cleanliness of the place is only average. Don’t open the drawers, especially since the accommodation isn’t suitable for four people with just one bedroom. There’s no reserved parking spot, so you must pay for parking to avoid a fine—unlike what the host might tell you, the inspectors stop by every day.

The place is in a great spot, only 100 m from metro line 4, and the price is excellent. For a couple it’s perfect, for a family it works but you’ll have to squeeze onto a sofa because of limited sleeping space. Kitchen cleanliness could use a boost. Otherwise everything is fine. The host was kind and genuinely a good person.
