No other guests seemed to appreciate the pool, and the hotel that was advertised never arrived; instead we were taken to a different place called Sky Mansion, which had no private bathroom and an elevator stuck on the 3rd floor, turning the night into a nightmare that forced me to leave early; there was no signage outside the drive, making it impossible to find, so I posted a bad review to another hotel in Phnom Penh and am truly sorry.

⚠️ ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS PLACE – I strongly recommend steering clear. The photos are misleading, the room was dirty, cigarette smoke from hallway smokers seeped into the room, and I didn’t feel safe; we couldn’t even stay the night. After requesting a refund, they initially said yes but then refused, treating the situation as a joke. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional; stay away!

The location is good, but the walls in the room were dirty, the bed sheets were soiled, and the shower and toilet were in poor condition. There was no pool on the top floor of the building, so in short, this is not the hotel I booked.
