Tissa sits right below the lake, offering a quiet, bird‑filled setting with great lake views; the morning and evening meals were tasty and reasonably priced, the owner was especially friendly, and the hotel gave easy access to Yala National Park safari, though I missed having a pool and think the lake view will improve once the third floor is finished.

The spot is convenient, right on the road to Yalu, but the room felt cramped and not worth the price; we waited 1.5 hours for food, ended up with a mix‑up and received the wrong dishes.

The spot is right opposite the lake and easy to get to. No one answered my messages on the platform or WhatsApp. Soundproofing was poor—I could hear the TV from my room. There was no hot shower, and the bed took up too much space, so the layout felt cramped.

Excellent location, comfortable, clean rooms. Food is fantastic and young chef is doing his very best and facilities are very good. Manager and staff are very helpful and friendly. Boat tour on the Tissa lake with their manager is a unforgettable experience for a reasonable price for our whole group. Nothing really
