Hotel Ar Terra Nova

The hotel’s location is good. A young woman welcomed us warmly and made sure we had everything for breakfast. The bedding is decent and breakfast is very good. Room 9 is a bit small, and sound insulation between rooms and from the street is poor. At breakfast, adding fruit (oranges, bananas, grapes) and diversifying the breads would be nice. The room lacks shampoo, soap, and shower gel. Offering tea bags, herbal teas, and coffee in the restaurant lounge in the evenings would be helpful.

The reception was extremely friendly, the room was spotless and cozy, the dining area was tastefully decorated, and the breakfast was hearty and of good quality. No complaints.

“J'ai apprécié mon escale entre ferry et gare”

I liked the location, right between the train station and the ferry terminal, perfect for my short layover between Jersey and Paris. The bedding was comfortable. I didn't meet the staff because of my constraints, but they were very responsive and clear via SMS. The bathroom, especially the shower wall finish, needs a refresh.
