“Glorious, undiscovered gem”

My family spent four nights here and it was truly divine; the staff treated our 4‑year‑old with care, letting her do plenty of arts and crafts, watching her while we enjoyed a sunset canoe ride, and holding her hand on the way to dinner. Few western tourists have discovered this spot yet, but it’s gorgeous—the lake is stunning, you can take a boat ride, feed the baboons, and dine beneath an ancient tree draped in red lanterns that glow as the sky over the lake darkens. The resort is fully prepared for western visitors, though some things may need explanation to the staff; once you do, they’re very kind and helpful.

The accommodation was very cozy and close to nature, and the staff were fantastic—especially Kai and Danny, who were extremely helpful and professional, making the stay memorable. 10/10, I’d recommend it for those wanting to experience Vietnam beyond the tourist traps. The only downside was the loud music; it would have felt more authentic to just enjoy the nature.

The view of the lake and the presence of a rope park are positives, but you can’t swim in the lake and the pool is paid.

The staff are sweet and friendly, the space is cool, comfortable, and quiet. In particular, Mình Tiến is a very enthusiastic and genuinely helpful employee who provides excellent service, and I keep praising Minh Tiến for his attitude.

“Amazing place to see the views, but only one place to eat and no facilities open.”

The views and location are amazing, but the food options are lacking, the beds are uncomfortable, and facilities like the spa and boat trips were closed. A monkey was chained up in the children’s play area.
