“Several staff had walked out leaving them struggling to maintain the property”
Nice spot with a killer mountain view, but the staff were thin on the ground. No one was around to help with our bags and the room was still dirty when we got in.

The location was spot on and the bed was comfy, but the staff seemed stretched thin and the facilities were a bit run-down.
A cramped, outdated place with awful service—staff hung up on me, no Wi‑Fi, a dead bug on my kid’s blanket, a musty room, no elevator, and no help with luggage. It was a nightmare and definitely not worth it.
