The shuttle made getting in easy, and the room’s style was nice. The only downside was the noisy trash bins from the nearby restaurant being moved right in front of our door around midnight.

The location in the heart of the city and near all the sights was fantastic and the room looked pretty, yet the flat was hard to reach and no one offered assistance; the daytime shuttle ran only every 30 minutes, so we missed it and had to navigate slippery stairs, which is tough for anyone with mobility issues. There was no kettle or teapot, which felt odd given the room price and would have been handy before breakfast time. We stayed in a triple room where the bathroom was directly opposite the two single beds, separated only by a glass door that offered no privacy, forcing us to improvise – a solid opaque door would have been better.

The property sits in the historic centre but is easy to reach, especially by shuttle (which we didn’t take) or on foot from the Saragat parking (the cheapest option). The only gripe is that the flat‑water in the fridge could be offered for free.

Tommaso was very helpful, giving us all the info we needed for arrival and showing us how to get to the apartment; I appreciate his patience—everything was perfect, the location was great, the place was clean, the breakfast was wonderful, and the staff was very attentive.

Fantastic. The care was superb, and the room was gorgeous in a sassi with a prime spot, just 15 minutes from the cathedral and right in the cave‑filled neighbourhood overlooking the gorge. Nothing to complain about.
