The room was comfortable and spacious, the A/C worked well, staff were professional and helpful, and the location was great with many restaurants and parks within walking or a short drive. The shower lacked a non‑slip surface.

The location was ideal and the room was huge; the staff accommodated my early check‑in request so I could dress for a nearby wedding, and the fixtures were beautiful. The shower conditioner was empty.

The staff were wonderful, breakfast had a great selection, facilities were clean—overall excellent value. The pull‑out sofa was disappointing; it wasn’t a proper pull‑out and lacked a true mattress, making it uncomfortable even for small children. Adults weren’t planning to use it, but if we had, we’d have had to find another sleeping spot last minute. This type of pull‑out and its lack of comfort weren’t disclosed beforehand.
