The location was good and the building itself was fine, but I felt cold and they gave me an electric heater that wasn’t very effective. The TV remote was missing, so I missed an important news broadcast, and the minibar was empty while the bottled water cost €3.

The staff were very kind and helpful, and the spot was convenient. However, the heating in the room was terrible, the noise level caused headaches, and the room stayed cold. Breakfast was disappointing—vegetables were missing and there was a lot of junk food. Overall, this hotel was a let‑down for me.

From the hotel, you can easily take the subway into the city; the stop is only about 250 m away. At check‑in, the staff were extremely friendly and even gave us warm biscuits. The only issue was that replenishing breakfast was a bit slow—when we asked for bread, the rest was also restocked. In the end, everything was fine.

The gym is good and the location near the metro is convenient. Breakfast is the same every day, so after a day or two it gets boring. The payment process was tricky—I had to pay twice, and the first payment was released but the second never appeared in my account. Rooms aren’t very sound‑proof; I can hear noises from the corridor and adjacent rooms.

Getting there was easy and the area is convenient. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming, and the bed was comfortable. Parking for guests was practically nonexistent. The place was very noisy; you can hear all the cars from the street, and the air‑conditioner was loud enough to wake me up at 6 am. In the bathroom, there was no welcome kit, the bedside lamp didn’t work, the in‑room tea service lacked a small plate or spoon, and the sink water barely ran.
