I would give this place a perfect 10/10. The accommodations were exceptionally clean and well‑appointed, featuring a highly comfortable, modern bed. The location is ideal, and I look forward to staying here again during my next visit to Bologna and would highly recommend this property to others.🥰🤩😍 Nothing else to add!

The location is excellent, just outside the station and a 10‑minute walk under the arcades to the city centre. The owner’s assistance was constant, punctual and friendly. Check‑in was ultra‑modern via phone, no lockbox. The room and bathroom are very large, clean and comfortable. The free minibar includes water every day, orange soda and Coca‑Cola, plus complimentary coffee and tea. Below the building there is a luggage room. I couldn’t find any negatives.

The check‑in was a bit complicated.

Very close to the station, just a 2‑minute walk, the room was spacious and clean. Alessio was very helpful and kind, and he let me keep my luggage in the apartment at no extra cost on the day of checkout.

The free minibar and snacks were a lovely touch, and we appreciated the small magnet souvenirs and the welcome card. The location is excellent, right next to Central. The room is newly furnished, everything feels fresh and modern. The bathroom could have been cleaned a bit more thoroughly. Having separate shampoo and conditioner would have made the shower more comfortable, as the combined product left my hair tangled. Noise and light from neighbouring rooms can be heard clearly, which may disturb light sleepers. Finally, a fitted bedsheet with elastic corners would help keep the sheet in place throughout the night.
