“Staff interaction, 5 stars. Hotel room comfort, 2 stars.”

There was no carpet in the room. We arrived quite late and the check‑in process was seamless. Two large bath towels were provided, which was very nice. The beds rolled around on the floor with almost no effort, which was odd. I had expected a duvet or comforter, but both beds were supplied only with top and bottom sheets. Each bed had just one small pillow, unlike the two or four per queen bed at other hotels. There was no TV remote to be found. No face cloths or hand towels were provided. The bottom of the door had a 1/4–1/2” gap, so light and noise from the hallway made the room much less private. In the future this hotel will not be a contender if we return to the area and need a place to stay.

The room was the most comfortable I've ever stayed in, and the staff were incredibly accommodating.

The location was great for the airport, with a 24‑hour free shuttle. The value for the price was excellent. The staff were efficient, friendly, and accommodating. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom floor needed cleaning, and the shampoo and conditioner containers in the shower were empty. When we requested them, they were quickly refilled on our second day, and the bathroom floor was cleaned.

The location was convenient, but there was no soap or body lotion in the bathroom.
