Absolutely nothing. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. THIS IS NOT A 5 star hotel. It’s at best a 2 star. It was so dirty. We kept our socks on at all times because it was so dirty. There are no facilities. 5 star hotels are meant to have a gym. There was none. They had a sauna which had to be turned on which would take 6 hours to heat up. My son went to take a sauna and heard people having sex!! The staff were so unhelpful. Really didn’t care of you had an issue. I stayed 2 nights and my room was not cleaned once! When I asked front desk why it wasn’t cleaned he said management would talk to me. They never did. They refused to clean my room again after I made a complaint to . They charged me over $5,000 for a 2 night stayed with zero service including getting my room cleaned. They refused a refund and also a deduction in rate. DO NOT STAY HERE. It’s a rip off and disgusting. Pics below. Beds unmade at 4pm and then asked why we had no service. They refused to clean

The location on Kirkwood is great, the vibe is modern luxury, and the staff were very friendly and helpful; nothing to complain about.

The room was very clean, smelled clean, and looked clean; the bed sheets were spotless. The staff were efficient and professional. No negative points, though the bar wasn’t open.
