The facility is good, but the only issue was the plastic glasses that had to be placed in the bathroom.

The location is great, just a stone’s throw from the underground Narni station in the heart of the city. The owners were present, helpful, and very discreet. The whole place is a gem, and our bathroom was a real highlight. I recommend it. I should note that there’s no TV in the room (which didn’t matter to us). Beware of the ZTL in the city centre!

The place is in a great spot and the building itself is pretty interesting. Green everywhere and well maintained. The host made an excellent panpepato and kindly shared the family recipe he uses. The first night the heating didn’t stay on long enough—maybe a hiccup—and it was a bit cold, but the next night the heating worked fine.
