“Great place!”

The place was clean and nice overall, but the breakfast left something to be desired.

The room was infested with ants and felt hot, and the breakfast was questionable. I even had to pay for parking even though I was a paid guest.

“Great hotel. If visiting the area again I’d choose to stay here.”

The breakfast selection was excellent, the beds were very good, and the pool was clean and comfortable. The only downside was the absence of a hot tub.

“Hotel good, shuttle horrible.”

The room was clean and the front desk staff were friendly. However, we were told the shuttle ran every 30 minutes. To avoid returning our rental car early on the morning of our flight, we arranged with the front desk to drop the car off at the airport the day before and have the shuttle bring us back to the hotel. Instead, we waited more than an hour, breathing in car and bus fumes, and called the hotel three separate times to ask where the shuttle was. During that time, we watched shuttles from many other hotels come and go at least three times each, so traffic doesn’t explain the delay. Because of this experience alone, we’ll probably go back to the Holiday Inn Express, where we have always had great stays.

“Was just a OK stay”

This is probably our fifth stay at this property, and it’s always a go‑to when we’re in Nashville. The location is great and I like the rooms. But this was the first time we ever had to pay to park at this location—a $14.00 fee to park right outside my window at the hotel.
