The breakfast was great and the reception staff were helpful, but the pool was scorching on a very hot day because it wasn't set to match the outdoor temperature.

The location is good, but the hotel’s service was awful: we had a reservation, arrived two days late, and they canceled it right when we asked for a room, refusing to give us a room at all.
