Quiet spot, 20 minutes walking to Weligama beach, 10 minutes to the nearest bus stop. The couple who welcomed us were very kind and smiling. Laundry can be done on site and you can rent a scooter there. Dinner is also available on request. The room only has one window overlooking a dirt mound. The place is very humid, the mosquito net is torn, many insects… no network and big trouble getting Wi‑Fi.

The host is incredibly kind and attentive, big thanks. The king‑size bed and kitchen are available. The bathroom smells and has cockroaches.

We had a wonderful stay at the New Purple Villa! The host is incredibly warm – we were greeted with food and drinks and he even lent us his scooter at a very cheap price. The first night we spent in Mirissa with a dreamy view of nature, the second and third nights in the accommodation in Weligama. Pick‑up at the station and transfer at departure were also included. The host was reachable at all times, took care of everything and made the stay as pleasant as possible. Very loving, attentive and absolutely recommended.

A very good guesthouse; the location is quiet, the caretaker is extremely kind and helpful. For the price, the room is comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and there's a motorcycle available—amazing, a great spot.
