horrible property more of a whorehouse, with lot of couples coming in the night, too much of noice in the night, no room service, no clean bedsheets, no poer back up, no breakfast or for that instance no cofee tea also, staff discordial and service horrible, I did not expect such a property being promoted by Bookings.com, looks like you guys dont verify properties before listing, I think, I should stop using your platform for room bookings

Nothing positive to mention. The location was awful, rooms were saturated with cigarette and alcohol odors, tiles were broken, and staff friends occupied the waiting area, denying guests seating. It felt like the hotel was their own party spot.

I had to change rooms twice because of missing amenities. The hotel isn’t near KR Pura metro station. The room wasn’t clean and didn’t match the photos on the website. Towels and soaps were absent at check‑in and I had to ask the staff to bring them. There was no water heater, and the AC remote I requested that day was only handed over the night before checkout and didn’t work properly.
