The rooms offered great views, and the bar and restaurant were also impressive. Most staff were excellent, friendly, and professional. The room was large, fresh, and very comfortable. The executive lounge had limited service and options, while the bar and restaurant performed much better. There were no vegan or vegetarian food choices.

The environment was wonderful, very clear, quiet, and the view was extraordinary; I would definitely book again when visiting Sheznhen ❤️❤️❤️. I would prefer a more European breakfast and meals.

The room, staff, services, and breakfast buffet were all great, and the location was convenient with a nearby train station and many shopping malls and convenience stores just a 3‑minute walk away. The only downside was having to change lifts to reach my room.
