I loved our room and the view, but there was almost no hot water even after following the instructions.

The staff were amazing and super helpful, and the Filipino breakfast buffet was a highlight; the massage place right next to the front desk is easy to book and lets you relax with tea before heading back to your 5th‑floor room—everything was so convenient, and I highly recommend this hotel if you’re in Iloilo city! I just wish the AC could be colder; otherwise, everything was fine.

The mattress was fairly hard and the pillows could use more fluff, but it was manageable; the loud speakers at City Hall at 4 am were a real annoyance.

A good city hotel with very good breakfast and service, and a good price/quality ratio, but we didn’t like that we could only stay for one night this time.
